Yes! All our pre-owned Rolex watches are 100% guaranteed authentic. Each pre-owned Rolex watch goes through a specific authentication process. For any concerns or questions please contact us.
- DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?
Every customer has 24 hours once the item was shipped to return the item the way it was received. Please be aware that the only way we will refund your money is by sending it back the same way it was received. All tags, security device, boxes, dust bags and any items included must be shipped the same way it was received. If our security device has been removed or the security device code waiver has been sent the item is not returnable.

If we are shipping within California, yes. If we are shipping domestically, outside of California, then the sales tax is waived.

- WHEN DOES THE ITEM GET SHIPPED?
Once the payment is approved and verified the item will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Tuesday-Friday except Holidays)

Most items are shipped via FedEx. All items that are shipped require a signature confirmation.
